Job Title: Relationship Manager at CAFS India

Job Description:

yes, we are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our team at CAFS India.
As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for fixing appointments with
prospective customers and selling life and health insurance products through calls
and meetings. Your main priority will be to achieve sales targets, service leads
provided through different sources, prospect clients, and ensure quality and
persistence of business. You will also be responsible for generating leads through
references and activities.

Responsibilities:

• Fixing up appointments with prospective customers and meeting them for sales.
• Demonstrating good acumen for sales.
• Possessing excellent communication skills.
• Being mobile to travel within city limits.
• Knowing the geographic spread of the location.
• Being good in customer handling.
• Ensuring that a maximum number of appointments are made for a month.
• Achieving maximum sales through the appointments made.
• Supporting inquiries through the website chat channel.
• Calling and following up with inquiries through the phone.
• Guiding and coaching participants with dedicated customer success processes.
• Maintaining high levels of participant engagement and satisfaction with a focus on
customer loyalty.
• Identifying common client challenges and actively counseling higher solutions.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing customer success role through chat
and calls.
• Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer
loyalty and adoption.
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong internal and external
relationships.
• Consistent track record of highly-professional client service during a fast-paced,
dynamic environment.
• Must have a bike and laptop.
